| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程之目標是幫助學生學習美國著作權法重要規定與法理，比如著作權範疇、著作權存續期間和展期、著作權之移轉、聘僱著作、散布權耗盡原則和著作權侵害行為。 |
| This course is to help students to learn the most important aspects of Copyright Law of the United States, such as the exclusive rights of copyright, duration and renewal of Copyright, transfer of copyright, the work-made-for-hire doctrine, the first sale dotrine, and the copyright infringement actions. |
